GeoNode 4.1.1 is out

Dear Reader, We are pleased to announce the new stable release of GeoNode.  This release includes the upgrade to Django 3.2.20 and some core Python dependencies. The GeoNode Docker image has been upgraded to Ubuntu 22.10.
